Then in 1999 they followed with "Outta Control", a dynamic CD capturing the energy of their live show. They have shared the stage with such diverse artists as Motown's Temptations, world-renowned B3 jazz organist Joey Defrancesco, and legendary guitar hero Alex Lifeson of Rush. Their new CD "Universal Soul" is an all-original CD combining the elements of classic Soul songwriting with an incredible live-off-the-floor studio performance. LMT is also joined by percussionist Emile Latimer (Richie Havens, Nina Simone) keyboardist Brent Setterington (Jacksoul), and 2 songs featuring the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

„Some of the songs on the CD lean a bit more on the melodic, funky side and others are angry and heavier sounding. The important is that all of the songs came from my heart, guts and roots. From the early days of Delta Blues with the likes of Blind Lemon and Lead Belly, to the very beginnings of modern day Rock'n'Roll , which was carved and invented by the likes of Chuck Berry and Little Richard, are indeed part of my roots.
